Mr. Tudor is the Associate Laboratory Director of Idaho National Laboratory’s National and Homeland Security Science and Technology directorate, a major US center for national security technology development and demonstration employing 800 scientists and engineers across over $500M in programs for the Department of Energy, Department of Defense, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), and the Intelligence Community. He is also the Board Chair for (ISC)2, the international, nonprofit membership association for information security leaders, committed to helping our 168,000 certified members learn, grow and thrive as they touch every aspect of information security.

He has recently co-chaired the Idaho Governor's Cybersecurity Task Force, an the inaugural co-chair of Morgan State University's Mitchell School of Engineering advisory board, and is a member of the advisory board for the Commonwealth (Virginia) Cyber Initiative.

He is proud to be a US Navy submariner; a Chief Data Systems Technician (DSC), and retired as an LDO submarine electronics officer.

Mr. Tudor holds certifications including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and the National Association of Corporate Directors Directorship Certification (NACD.DC).
