Jim Schnoes is our hands-on CFO coming to Forge Institute as a career investment/commercial banker and financial executive. Jim knows Wall Street and Main Street operations; he focuses on solid administrative and operational  processes to permit Forge to effectively scale while extending world class services.

Jim has been an effective executive at a dozen different companies including banks, trucking companies, logistics operations, and consulting companies.  His turn-around of Little Rock's OneBanc provided considerable regional recognition.  Jim is Little Rock's 3x CFO of the Year Nominee and Winner in 2016. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance (High Honors) from Michigan State University and attended the University of Chicago thereafter.

He has three boys in Northwest Arkansas.  Jim was an avid golfer, until he started working for Lee!
