The Forge Fellowship is a unique opportunity for qualified individuals participating in the DoD SkillBridge program to gain hands-on work-based learning experiences, access to reskill/upskill courses in the Forge Academy, and develop relationships to support their transition into a new career.

Fellows of our program will receive professional coaching from our experienced and successful leadership team, as well as from the executives of our esteemed corporate partners and other respected leaders. Through their mentorship and guidance, Fellows can leverage their expertise to assist them in their growth and success.

Access to Courses in the Forge Academy
Fellows will have the opportunity to access tailored courses within the Forge Academy, aligning with their interests and availability. These courses will be made available to Fellows upon approval, allowing for a customized learning experience that complements their individual goals and aspirations.

Through the program, Fellows will be able to hone their resumes, refine their interviewing skills, receive personalized guidance, and access potential employment opportunities with Forge Institute and our esteemed corporate partners.
