Maxim Post
Maxim joined the United States Air Force after graduating high school, getting hand selected to be a member of the United States Air Force Honor Guard based at Bolling AFB in Washington D.C. He spent the first two years performing Military Honors in Arlington National Cemetery and other ceremonies focused around the National Capital Region and national performances across the country to promote the USAF. Max’s remaining time in the USAFHG was spent as an instructor, where he led and developed various training programs covering a multitude of curriculum, from 1-hour classes to 8-week courses, successfully training over 150 individuals.
After three and a half years, Max cross-trained to become a Logistics Planner focusing on program management and other base comprehensive programs. He successfully deployed over 1300 individuals over two years at Ellsworth AFB in South Dakota. With a grounded background in program management, Max applied to be a Fellow at Forge Institute to assist in his transition from the military to the civilian sector. During his Fellowship, he assisted in planning and executing the 2022 Annual Arkansas Cyber Summit and Fellowship management.
Now, as a member of the Forge Institute team, Max has taken the role of Cyber Analyst and Project Manager with various duties. Max is very driven to grow the Fellowship program, the Arkansas Cyber Defense Center, and the Annual Arkansas Cyber Summit.
