Powershell: Automation Essentials

Overview:

PowerShell Prologue is an introductory course designed to equip participants with the fundamental knowledge and skills needed to harness the power of PowerShell for automating tasks and managing Windows systems efficiently. Through hands-on exercises and practical examples, students will learn how to navigate the PowerShell environment, write basic scripts, and leverage core functionalities to streamline routine operations.

Learning Objectives:

Participants will be able to navigate the PowerShell interface, execute basic commands, and manage files and directories. 

Participants will be able to navigate the file system, manage files and folders, control system processes and services, and work with registry and configuration data using PowerShell.

Participants will be able to write and run PowerShell scripts, understand scripting fundamentals such as variables, loops, and conditionals, use PowerShell remoting, and work with modules and snap-ins.
