Phil Clark has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2007, he joined Grand River Dam Authority, initially serving as the Superintendent of Information Services until 2011. Phil then took on the role of Superintendent of CIP Compliance until 2018. Additionally, from April 2018 to October 2018, he held the position of Director of IT Operations, Cyber Security, and IT Compliance at Grand River Dam Authority. Currently, he has served as the Director of Corporate Security at Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation since October 2018.

Phil Clark earned a Stanford LEAD Professional Certificate from Stanford Graduate School of Business, Executive Education in the year 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a BS degree in Biology from The University of Tulsa, which they attended from 1988 to 1993. In addition to their academic qualifications, Phil Clark holds several certifications including ASIS Member from ASIS International in January 2020, GCED from GIAC Certifications in March 2015, and GSEC from GIAC Certifications in August 2013.

Phil is a member of Forge Institute’s Board of Advisors.
