Forge Institute Strikes Strategic Partnership with CareerScore

Forge Institute announced today a strategic partnership with Quotanda’s CareerScore. The alliance was created to enhance job placement opportunities  for graduates of the Forge Institute Training Academy.

“Our academy is committed to not only providing valuable cyber professional development skills, but to also provide a capability to streamline and assess candidates’ job search and application efforts. This enables our team to focus on high-impact engagements and better positions our graduates to succeed,” said Lee Watson, Founder and CEO of Forge Institute.

The average cost of a data breach for U.S. companies is more than $8 million, making cybersecurity professionals in high demand. It’s predicted that in 2021, 3.5 million cybersecurity jobs will go unfilled. The partnership between Forge Institute and CareerScore will help companies fill these valuable positions with qualified personnel.

“Uniting great companies with excellent employee candidates is our number one priority with CareerScore,” said Grant Taylor, CEO of Quotanda, the company that offers  CareerScore. “We look forward to a great relationship with Forge Institute moving forward.”

Forge Institute, founded in 2018, provides students, recent graduates, and anyone wanting to advance their career in cybersecurity a host of specialized training opportunities from a cadre of highly skilled and experienced instructors. The partnership with Grant and the team at CareerScore adds a new layer of opportunity for those who complete the training course.  CareerScore will add proprietary services like Review Management, a Resume Bank, Outcome Reporting and more.

“Ultimately, our goal is to become a comprehensive solution provider for all aspects of the cybersecurity industry,” explained Mr. Watson. “This partnership is another great resource in the tool box.”
