Forge Institute developed the American Cyber Alliance or ACA in 2018, as a private-public partnership to reduce cyber risks through programs in innovation and workforce development and by supporting intel-led cyber operations.
Scott A. Anderson
As the Chief External Affairs Officer at Forge Institute, Scott’s mission is to expand the organization’s outreach and impact. He previously served as Executive Director, leading innovation, training, and cyber programs, managing partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and national security compliance.
Crystal Hartman
Crystal brings a wealth of knowledge and 11-year history of successfully launching, directing, and managing an organization’s key programs including large-scale workforce development projects and community & stakeholder events. Graduating from Walsh College in 09' with her BBA, majoring in Management, minoring in Marketing, she possesses a comprehensive understanding of business operations, with 15+ years experience in accounting, program and project management, sales, and event coordinating.
Sam Willis
Sam discovered his passion for programming during his time at Bryant High School, where he learned basic mobile application development. He also became a member of the school VEX Robotics team, serving as a programmer. While Sam was on the team, they were undefeated in the state of Arkansas, allowing the team to participate in the World competition in Louisville Kentucky in 2016.
