Robert Baker serves as the Mentorship Program Manager at Forge Institute, where he leads efforts to drive innovation and entrepreneurship across various sectors. In his role, Robert oversees the coordination of startup events, mentor training, and pre-accelerator curriculum, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet compliance standards. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence have made him a key contributor to Forge Institute's continued growth.

Before his current role, Robert was the Director of STARBASE Arkansas, where he led the program to a rare accomplishment in the STARBASE network—securing approval for a third classroom in its second year of operation. His leadership and dedication were recognized by the founder, who lauded STARBASE Arkansas as one of the top-performing sites in the nation. Following this success, Robert returned to Forge Institute headquarters to focus on new and innovative projects, further broadening his impact within the organization.

With over 20 years of leadership experience in the U.S. Air Force, Robert also served as Command Manager of Traffic Management Policy at Air Mobility Command, overseeing transportation policy for 10 military bases and earning multiple awards, including two Meritorious Service Medals.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology from Park University and continues to support resilience and community-focused initiatives. He resides in Central Arkansas with his wife Patricia and their two children.
