Tom Flak is the Managing Director of the Cyber Collective Defense Programs.

Tom is a seasoned business and technical leader with over thirty years of experience in providing clear, certifiable standards to the process of bringing a product to market. With his experience in customer adoption in broadband, cybersecurity, and network/wireless systems markets, Tom will lead the expansion of Forge Institute's Collective Defense collaborations, and will help build new innovative programs to assist entrepreneurs and technologists in commercializing novel products and services for cyber defense.

Tom is Co-founder and CTO of HyperLeap, the consumer brand for Broadband Development Group (BDG), a managed WiFi provider for multi-tenant buildings.
